Recently I was talking to a friend who had developed a product/service and while early interest was there no one purchased it.
He said I guess we just need to get better at marketing and selling it.
A mentor of mine says it best that “The person who can understand the pains, frustrations, desires and dreams of the target market and clearly articulate them back to them will gain their trust and in turn business.
It was clear to me that my friend didn’t understand his market at all and had designed a program and product that he wanted to sell or deliver. Now how many times have we fallen into that trap. I will put my hand up along with most of you.
Now in this rapid changing time we are living in the world is changing so fast that you need to be in constant touch with your market to see how you can best help them. This may mean constantly refining your product
